Shipping and Handling: We cover reasonable and customary ground shipping fees for all eligible returns. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.
Final Sale and Nonreturnable Items: Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. These include licenses, software, digital content, prepaid cards, gift packaging, memberships, completed services, consumable items such as batteries, ink, and 3D printer filament. Additionally, returns of damaged, unsanitary, or items missing major contents will not be accepted.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number: Returns and exchanges require a valid RMA Number, which is provided upon request. The RMA Number is valid for 10 days from issuance. Contact our customer service to obtain an RMA Number.
Returns with Opened Box or Missing Packaging/Accessories: If the original packaging has been opened or is missing, returns can still be processed with a deduction from the refund amount as follows:
New Condition (unopened original box): 20% restocking fee.
New Condition (opened original box with all accessories): 30% restocking fee.
New Condition (opened box with missing accessories): 50% restocking fee.
Returns of Used Condition Items: For items in used condition returned due to no longer being needed or similar reasons, restocking fees of up to 80% may apply. The exact fee will be determined based on the item’s condition upon return.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and its eligibility for return is confirmed. The refund amount will exclude any restocking fees and original shipping costs. Tax amounts will be refunded in accordance with applicable tax laws.
Exclusions: Items that have been tampered with, altered, or damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents are not eligible for return or refund.
Process for Returns: Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item for return shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by us.
Refused Deliveries: Refused deliveries without prior authorization may incur additional charges, including but not limited to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
Amendment of Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the terms before making a purchase.
