Returning/Cancellation Fee
Products purchased can be returned for an exchange or a refund within 30 days.
If no longer within the 30-day time frame, only the warranty terms offered by the manufacturer will apply, if any. These vary depending on the product category. Certain items are non-refundable once the seal has been broken. Items sealed in retail boxes cannot be returned once opened.
The software is made available with the understanding that the customer will abide by the accompanying license agreement. Customers acknowledge that they shall be bound by the license agreement once the packaging is opened or its seal is broken.
Agreements of Service Contracts as well as Licenses, Digital Goods, and Services are non-refundable non-physical items.
Standard delivery is used for all replacements unless paid otherwise by the customer, in which case they will be expedited. Refunds cannot be offered on Premium Shipping costs if incurred.
Returned items cannot include items that have evidence of physical damage. Please contact the carrier right away if you receive items that appear to be defective.
Product Damaged in Transit/Shipping: If a package/box is visibly damaged, please do not accept the shipment/Package. Those damages are your (ex. FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS) responsibility. If, upon inspection, the package reveals that the item is indeed damaged, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible for an inspection. Then, get in touch with Server Tech Supply, who will file a claim.
In the event that a package/box is received in a damaged state, one is required to notify Server Tech Supply within 2 Business Days. If the aforementioned period is surpassed, Server Tech Supply will no longer retain responsibility for the damage claims.
Defective/ DOA: A replacement will be sent out if you receive a defective/DOA item. For RMA claims of Dead on Arrival products, a 50% RMA Fee will be enacted if the item is determined to be functional.
Make sure that you do not send us anything else aside from what we sent you. Every shipment and serial number is scanned and/or video-recorded before shipment.
In advance of returning a product, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from Server Tech Supply’s RMA Department. Products sent back without an RMA number cannot be deemed as returns. Server Tech Supply must receive all incoming merchandise within 10 days, or the RMA will be voided.
Restocking fee.
If a product is in New Condition -unopened original box:** – 20% Restocking Fee.
If a product is in New Condition -open the original box (Comes with all accessories):** – 30% Restocking Fee.
If a product is in New Condition -opened box (missing box or any other accessories such as cable, brackets, etc):** – 50% Restocking Fee.
If the order is sent to processing and the Customer Cancelled the order:** -30% Restocking Fee (will be charged based on the total amount of the order).
If the product is in used condition, return for No-Needed anymore or similar reason:** -up to 80% Restocking Fee.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. Taxes paid for the order will be paid back.
